Description: Provide all management, supervision, manpower, equipment, and supplies necessary to perform janitorial and related services at the following locations: (1)Fritz G. Lanham Federal Building, 819 Taylor Street, Fort Worth, TX; (2) U.S. Courthouse, W. 10th and Lamar Streets, Fort Worth, TX; and (3) Federal Parking Garage, 401 Texas Street, Fort Worth, TX. The contract term April 1, 2010, through March 31, 2011, with provisions for four additional one year options. This is a performance based acquisition, and will be acquired utilizing Source Selection procedures. The solicitation will be available for downloading on/or about November 16, 2009. Prospective offerors shall notify this office via e-mail of their intent to submit an offer. It will be the responsibility of the offeror to monitor this site for the release of the solicitation and any amendments. The time and date for a pre-proposal conference will be noted in the solicitation. This procurement is a competitive 8(a) set aside.
